Early arrivals and late departures by prior arrangement.
Terms and Conditions:
A deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The balance of the payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
If your booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to your arrival, a full refund of your deposit will be provided. If your booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to your arrival, payment will be returned less a $20 administration fee.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside Cottages. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ash trays provided.
School Holidays
A minimum stay of two (2) nights during school holiday periods.
Pets
Clean, mature, house-trained and well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. We request that the dogs own bedding is used and dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds. If exploring the area we ask that dogs be kept on a lead.
